Join us at Austin Telco Federal Credit Union as we celebrate the 76th anniversary of International Credit Union (ICU) Day®! This year’s theme, One World Through Cooperative Finance, reflects the powerful impact credit unions make worldwide by fostering financial well-being, unity, and cooperation.
Since 1948, ICU Day has been a day to honor the achievements of credit unions and financial cooperatives across the globe. This annual event allows us to reflect on our history, celebrate our successes, and raise awareness about the unique benefits credit unions offer. From promoting financial inclusion to helping underserved populations, credit unions are a force for positive change in their communities.
On Thursday, October 17, Austin Telco FCU invites members and the community to visit our branch locations for refreshments, Telco Swag, and a chance to connect with fellow credit union members. Come celebrate how we, as a part of a global movement of over 82,000 credit unions, are building a stronger, more inclusive financial future.
Together, we’ll show that through cooperation and member-focused financial services, we can continue to bring people together, even in a world that sometimes feels divided. Let's continue to put people over profit and celebrate the values that make credit unions stand out.
