Access Austin Telco’s new Digital Banking Platform in one of two ways: Online by visiting atfcu.org or with the Austin Telco Mobile Application.
Log in Using Your Current Online Banking Credentials
- Enter your current Login ID.
- If you have previously logged in using your Account Number you will need to retrieve your Login ID if one exists.
- If a Login ID was never created for your account you will enroll in online banking as a new user.
- Enter your current online banking Password
- Click Login
- Choose the contact method that allows Austin Telco to reach you immediately with a Secure Access Code (SAC). This numbered code is only valid for a short time, and you will need to request a new one if it expires. Never share your SAC code with anyone.
- Enter the SAC and click the Submit button.
- Choose whether to register your device for future logins. If you click the Register Device button, you will not need to request a SAC again.
- Review the Online Banking Services Agreement on the Disclaimers page, and click the I Accept button to agree to the terms and conditions.
Password requirements: If your current password does not meet the following criteria, you will need to create a new one.
- Must be between 6 and 30 characters
- Must contain at least 1 number
- Password must contain a minimum of 1 lower case characters.
- Password must contain a minimum of 1 upper case characters.
- Password must contain a minimum of 1 special characters.
