Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is a Billion+ Dollar Financial Institution that has been serving Austin and surrounding counties since 1941. We have 18 branch locations and 3 more opening this year.  We are currently hiring for the position of Branch Manager at our Lakeway branch scheduled to open September 9th. The Lakeway branch will be a full service branch with three drive thru lanes, ATM, full lobby service with teller transactions, loans, and safe deposit boxes.  We offer an outstanding benefits package that includes competitive wages, medical, dental, 401(k), pension plan, short and long term disability, vacation, sick leave, life insurance, free checking, business casual dress, paid parking, and more! 

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a financial institution preferably in the Lakeway area.  We are looking for someone with excellent member/customer service skills, strong interpersonal and organization skills and the ability to manage within a team environment.  The position requires knowledge of federal banking regulations.  We prefer past experience with consumer lending practices.  The branch manager will be encouraged to attend local area functions to promote and develop consumer and business account relationships. The branch manager is responsible for the overall operations of the branch reporting to the AVP of Branch Operations in our main office located in Austin.

The branch drive through hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Lobby hours are 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday and Friday and 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Tuesday through Thursday.  Saturday branch hours are 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.  This is a full time (approximately 40 hour work week) position.  Responsibility for opening and closing the branch will be met with a three person management team.  The Branch Manager must be available 7:15 A.M. to 6:00+ P.M. during the workweek and 8:45 A.M. to 1:00+ P.M. on Saturdays.

Compensation for the position will commensurate with experience.
